As I am going on this path of srf, I think I should begin to write more often journaling my growth. Seeing the transformation period of actually getting wings. Don’t get me wrong, I am still a seed but I can already see the huge tree that I can grow into. All I need to do is nurture myself. Put in the time, discipline, will, patience and receive the energy, strength and resilience to survive and evolve.
I guess a lot of changed since my last post. I believe I truly am transformed from the old self. This should be evident in the numbers going forward. They are going fairly well now. Keep up the good work. Put in the time. Do your yama, niyama & asana. We are on our way to Pranayama. More than excited!
